Outline of the conference programme

March 3rd, 2008 · 5 Comments

Here is our first attempt to bring together a plan that will allow us all time to talk about wine blogging, but also time to do what we love - taste wine!

This is a first draft specifically designed to encourage you to give us feedback and ideas for developing it further. More details on each session will be posted to the Planning Forum for discussion - follow the links or click through to the Forum.

All these details are yet to be confirmed and expanded with your input, so please take this as a discussion document. You will hopefully notice that wine tastings are going to be central to the event, and we are looking to do two different sessions, each with an exciting ‘twist’.

As a final note, we will be looking to have as much of this programme supported through sponsorship so the cost to participants will not be too high. We are certain that there are lots of companies, wineries and even regional bodies out there that would be keen on getting their message across as we are already in talks with a few. If you are one, or know of one, please do get in touch. Some elements are already under discussion, but we are open to all sorts of ideas, especially the more creative ones.
